Return Policy
You may return a product within 5 business days of delivery if it arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Unboxing Video: Record an unboxing video of the product to document its condition upon receipt.
- Contact Us: Email us at Support@homesupplies.pk with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the unboxing video.
- Return Shipping: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange a product within 24 hours of delivery if it is the wrong size, color, or style. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Unboxing Video: Record an unboxing video of the product to document its condition upon receipt.
- Contact Us: Email us at Support@homesupplies.pk with your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the unboxing video.
- Exchange Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
- All returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and cosmetics.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
- Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Orders Already Shipped:
- Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you can still return the product as per our Return Policy (link to Return Policy).
